Change-of-mind requests
We do not offer voluntary refunds for change-of-mind purchases of digital downloads. Refunds required by applicable law or the checkout provider’s policies remain available.
EU consumer withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases. For digital content, this right can end when delivery begins only after the required express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgment of losing the withdrawal right, together with the required confirmation. A policy label alone does not remove this right. Purchasing or downloading alone does not automatically waive a statutory withdrawal right.
Faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed content
Statutory remedies remain unaffected. If a download cannot be accessed or differs from its description, contact us with the order reference and details. We will assess the issue and offer a remedy where appropriate, without restricting statutory rights.
