Design excerpt
This kit covers bank-statement import, rule-based posting, matching and controlled exception processing. Supported formats, transformations, account assignment and interpretation must be agreed for the target release. Import using the approved bank-statement function, validate account and statement identity, post matched items, process exceptions and reconcile counts/balances. Classic GUI tools and newer apps are alternatives only when supported in the target release.

- Supported camt.053 version/transformation; configured rule 001 with correct number intervals; matching open invoice.

- 1. Execute the configured import function (FF_5 where supported)
2. Select CAMT.053 format
3. Upload file - Test data
- CAMT.053 file with exact invoice match
- Expected result
- Eligible payment is matched and cleared; verify actual document/reference search and posting balances.
Algorithm 015 clear via assignment
- Prerequisites
- Supported MT940; interpretation 015; account and assignment value can be determined.
- Actions
- 1. Execute the configured import function (FF_5 where supported)
2. Select MT940 format
3. Upload file - Test data
- MT940 file with assignment match
- Expected result
- Intended item is matched by valid assignment data; no unrelated item is selected.
BAI2 format successful import and clearing
- Prerequisites
- BAI2 supported/configured; outgoing payment rule and matching AP item present.
- Actions
- 1. Execute the configured import function (FF_5 where supported)
2. Select BAI2 format
3. Upload file - Test data
- BAI2 file with payment match
- Expected result
- Configured outgoing payment is booked and correctly allocated.
