# ModuPorter Customer License

Edition: 11 October 2026. Applies to the ModuPorter consulting templates supplied with this license. The German translation is in LICENSE-DE.md. The English version controls if the two versions differ, subject to mandatory applicable law.

## 1. License grant

The purchaser (an individual or organization) receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, copy, back up and modify the supplied templates without limits on projects, clients, users or modifications. This includes the purchaser's internal work and paid client consulting projects. The license does not expire.

The purchaser's employees and contractors may use the templates on the purchaser's behalf for those purposes. The purchaser must ensure that they follow this license.

## 2. Client projects

The purchaser may use the templates to create project-specific designs, configuration guidance and test documentation, and may deliver those customized project deliverables to the relevant client for use and modification in that client's business. Charging for consulting services and customized project deliverables is permitted.

This permission does not allow the purchaser or client to sell, publish, share or redistribute the original or modified template library as templates, a reusable toolkit, download, training-material bundle or competing product. A client receives rights to its project-specific deliverables, not redistribution rights to the underlying reusable library.

## 3. No resale or redistribution

The purchaser must not resell, sublicense, rent, publish, upload for public access, or redistribute the supplied templates, either unchanged or modified, individually or in a bundle. Incorporating the templates into another commercial template library or competing reusable toolkit is prohibited. Private backup copies and access by authorized employees/contractors under section 1 are permitted.

## 4. Ownership and third-party materials

This license grants usage rights, not ownership of the underlying ModuPorter template library. The purchaser retains its own additions and project information, subject to the restrictions on redistribution of the underlying templates.

SAP software, documentation, trademarks and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights and terms. References and links do not grant rights to copy or redistribute those materials. This license does not supply a SAP software license or grant access to SAP systems.

## 5. Scope of the product

The product consists of editable consulting templates. Target release, deployment, configuration, project parameters and actual execution must be assessed for each project. The purchase does not include SAP certification, implementation services or a guarantee that every example is available in every SAP release. Mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
