Microsoft Excel desktop 2019 or later with automatic calculation, plus a DOCX-compatible editor. No macros or external workbook links.
The full reconciliation workbook supports 500 records per side in total across objects, with 20 registered populations. Larger populations require controlled partitioning or a verified workbook extension.
Use with approved, mapped SAP extracts. You supply the object definitions, source control figures and system recovery procedures. The kit does not connect to SAP or perform extraction, loading, posting or restoration. Business approval remains a project responsibility.
